    How much is shipping?

    Orders over USD60 always ship for FREE - no promotion code needed. For orders under USD60, there is a flat rate delivery charge. Please refer to the table below for charges and delivery times.

    How long will it take for my order to ship?

    Orders will be shipped within 24 hours (of a business day) to the shipping address provided at checkout. You will receive a notification email with details on how to track your parcel’s progress. All orders are shipped via DHL Express, except for Israel, Malaysia and Russia.

    Please provide an accurate email address and mobile number to ensure a smooth and speedy delivery.

    If you have pre-ordered item/s within your order, the whole order will be placed on hold and shipped altogether when the item/s are back in stock (within the timeframe stated on the pre-order product page).

    Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and can vary depending on the part of the world you are in – if your country is not included in the chart above, please download our detailed Shipping Time Chart for more information. Note that delivery times commence from the date of dispatch.

    Unfortunately, we cannot be responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes, local duties and taxes, and items that are lost in transit.

    What is Pre-Order?

    We all love a fan favorite! Pre-order items are sold out bestsellers that are currently being re-ordered. These jewels will come back in stock on a specific date as stated. Don’t miss out and pre-order your coveted jewel now – just add to cart!

    If you have pre-ordered item/s within your order, the whole order will be placed on hold and shipped altogether when the item/s are back in stock (within the timeframe stated on the pre-order product page).

    How can I edit my shipping address?

    If you wish for your order to be sent elsewhere, kindly email us here as soon as the order has been placed, and we will make the necessary amendments.

    Wanderlust + Co is also supported by DHL On Demand Delivery (ODD), which allows you to customize your preferred delivery experience with flexible delivery options as listed below. These options are available for all deliveries (excluding orders to Israel, Malaysia & Russia) and will be accessible via your Shipping Confirmation e-mail.

    What happens if my parcel(s) fail to be delivered or picked up?

    As the recipient, you are responsible for any subsequent costs incurred for parcels returned to our warehouse due to attempted deliveries, insufficient/incorrect delivery information or failure to retrieve parcels from delivery centres. Standard shipping fees (please refer to the table above) will be incurred for all parcels re-sent from our warehouse.

    Please ensure that your delivery address and mobile number is accurate, or make necessary amendments via DHL ON Demand Delivery (except Israel, Malaysia & Russia) prior to delivery date to ensure your gorgeous goodies gets to you as quickly as possible!

    Will I be charged duties and taxes?

    International customers will be responsible for any fees, duties, taxes or any surcharges which may be imposed by your country. As customs policies vary widely from case to case for each country, please check with your local authorities prior to placing your order to confirm tax and duty fees.

    My Order

    Where is my order?

    Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can keep an eye on its delivery activity while it makes its way to you. You can also log into your Wanderlust + Co account at any time and select “My Orders” to review your order status.

    How can I edit my order?

    Email us here within 12 hours of order placement, should you wish to edit your order. We will try our best to make it work :)

    Can I cancel my order?

    Should you wish to cancel your order, please email us here within 12 hours after order has been placed. No cancellation is allowed after an order has been processed.

    How will my jewels arrive?

    Each order is carefully inspected and packaged within a gift box, for your convenience. As part of our go green plan, your receipt is sent via email and not included within the parcel.

    Returns & Exchange

    What is Wanderlust + Co’s return policy? (including non-apparel products)

    At Wanderlust + Co, returns or exchanges are allowed in certain circumstances. Products must be unworn, and in their original condition and packaging.

    Mystery Box items and items which are priced at 50% off (or at a higher discount) upon checkout are considered FINAL SALE items and are not eligible for an exchange or store credit. Earrings and swimsuits are strictly not eligible for an exchange or store credit due to hygiene purposes. All other apparel must be not be soiled and must be accompanied by original packaging intact to be eligible for refund, exchange or store credit.

    Returns, exchanges and store credit are not allowed for change of mind.

    What should I do if I receive a wrong product?

    If you received a product different from the one that you ordered, sorry about that! Please contact us within 14 days and we will be sure to get you the Wanderlust + Co jewels you ordered!

    How do I place an exchange or return?

    Please contact our Customer Service within 14 days of receiving your order and we will walk you through the process for returning the items.

    Step 1: Print and attach the Return Form provided by our Customer Service team with the products and gift with purchase that you wish to return

    Step 2: Ship the items back to Wanderlust + Co’s dedicated address using a trackable shipping service of your choice.

    *Wanderlust + Co is not responsible for any lost return packages. Hence, a tracking service is a must.

    Step 3: Email us the tracking number.

    Step 4: Your refund will be processed via your original payment method, product exchange or store credit. This will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned items.

    Note: For items that were purchased from Wanderlust + Co pop-up stores, kindly return to the respective outlet with your original receipt and products in its original condition within 30 days.

    Do I need to contact Customer Service to request a return?

    Yes, it is necessary for you to first be in touch with us via email, prior to sending the parcel(s) back to Wanderlust + Co in order for us to process your return request accurately.

    Will I be notified when you receive the returned items?

    We will only be in touch once the returned items have been received and processed. Kindly check your delivery status via the tracking number provided by your chosen courier.

    When will I receive my refunds?

    Once your order arrives back at Wanderlust + Co, it may take up to 14 business days for your refund or exchange to be processed and verified. We will be in touch via email.

    Will my shipping fee be refunded?

    Refund value is based on the product(s) purchased only. Shipping fee will not be refunded or be available to be used as a store credit.

    Are returns free?

    Note that the cost of the return parcel will be borne by you. We recommend shipping the parcel with the most cost-effective shipping that is available, which includes tracking.

    What are Wanderlust + Co’s jewels made of?

    Wanderlust + Co’s jewels are hand-crafted using a variety of high-quality materials, including suede, glass, beads, cubic zirconia stones and metal. Our metal pieces are usually brass and/or stainless steel, plated with 14K-24K gold or Rhodium silver unless otherwise stated.

    Our jewels are put together by hand, and as a result there can sometimes be slight differences in color, size and finishing of the materials or embellishments – all part of the charm of handmade products!

    Stones, feathers, leather and other organic materials are frequently used in our designs. Due to its natural source, slight inconsistencies of color, size and texture is part of its unique characteristics.

    Are your jewels nickel free?

    All our jewels are Lead-free, Cadmium-free and Nickel-free.

    How do I find my ring size?

    To find your best fit, please refer to this Ring Size Chart and follow the measuring instructions.

    Adjustable rings can fit from size 5 – 8 unless stated otherwise.

    How do I care for my jewelry?

    Every jewel deserves a little loving and care! Always avoid contact with chemicals and moisture‚ such as hair spray, perfume‚ lotions‚ household cleansers, pool and sea water. You can help avoid these things by putting your jewelry on last and it's best to remove rings before washing your hands.

    Use a soft, clean cloth to wipe your jewelry pieces after wearing them to remove natural body oils, sweat or residue. Gold and silver plated jewelry will also eventually tarnish or discolor if left out in the open air. To preserve the condition of your gorgeous pieces, it is recommended that you store your accessories in a neat and cool place, or in a jewelry box when packing for your wanderlusting travels!

    How can I guarantee that the product I purchased is authentic?

    Wanderlust + Co jewels are all hand-designed and brought to life by our dedicated team at #WCOhq. You can find our authentic jewels from wanderlustandco.com, Wanderlust + Co pop-up stores and our hundreds of stockists worldwide, including Revolve, Nordstrom and The Iconic.

    Our jewels are not made for sale through individuals, non-branded flea markets and unauthorized retail locations.

    What is Wanderlust + Co doing to combat counterfeiting?

    We are always on the lookout to ensure that our original designs are carefully protected and that our customers can enjoy the uniqueness of our jewels. We enforce strict legal action against counterfeits, persons selling counterfeit versions of our jewels and against unauthorized sellers.

    Can I report a counterfeit website?

    Yes, you sure can! Please report any counterfeit websites or sellers here. Please provide location, style of product(s) and website to help us identify the next steps. Thanks for your kind cooperation!

    Gifting

    Can you gift wrap my order?

    Every order is packed in our premium Wanderlust + Co gift box (approx. 3 - 5 jewels per box) that doubles up as a jewelry storage box. Jewels are individually packed in a branded plastic sleeve and carefully wrapped in tissue.

    If you are purchasing our jewels as gifts, we now also sell our gift boxes to make your gifting easy!

    Do you offer gift cards?

    We do not offer gift cards at the moment. Please contact us here should you need more assistance.

    Pricing and payment

    What currency will my order be processed in?

    All Wanderlust + Co orders will be processed in US Dollars (USD). The currency converter is a convenient tool for your reference only.

    What forms of payment do you accept?

    Our shopping cart accepts payment from major credit cards, debit cards, PayPal and Alipay. Prior to confirming your order, kindly carefully review the total amount and content(s) within your cart.

    When will my credit card be charged?

    Your credit card will be charged upon order submission and usually takes up to 3 business days to clear, depending on your bank. You will receive an email confirmation when an order is successfully placed on our site.

    Why was my payment declined?

    Oh no! Here are a few things to check if your payment did not go through. Check that your card’s billing details (such as the security code and billing address) match, check that your card is not expired or that your Paypal account is active. If none of these apply, please contact us here. We are more than happy to help!

    Does Wanderlust + Co have an offline store?

    Where can I return or exchange my jewels?

    Every return or exchange must be processed via the original mode and source of purchase. If you bought your jewels from one of our pop-up stores, kindly head to the that store within 7 days of purchase to have your return or exchange processed. Remember to bring along your proof of purchase and make sure your jewels are in their original condition and packaging.

    Is any online sale applicable in-store?

    We frequently run brand-wide sales. However, unless otherwise stated, if a sale is available online, it will be for online purchase only and not available in our Wanderlust + Co pop-up stores or stockists. Fret not though, we have many exciting in-store offers, so don’t miss out!

    Are all collections available in-store?

    Most of our pieces are available in our Wanderlust + Co pop-up stores and through various stockists, but not all collections are available at all times in all locations. Visit us at wanderlustandco.com to shop the latest and complete range!
