Orders over USD60 always ship for FREE - no promotion code needed. For orders under USD60, there is a flat rate delivery charge. Please refer to the table below for charges and delivery times.

How long will it take for my order to ship?

*Please note that due to certain restrictions from some countries and shipping providers due to COVID-19, we are experiencing longer shipping and delivery times than usual. But rest assured, we will have your jewels to you as soon as possible! If this presents any problems for your order, please don’t hesitate to contact us here.

Orders will be shipped to the shipping address provided at checkout. Please refer to our Shipping Page for estimated delivery time. Kindly note that we do not ship to PO Boxes or military addresses (APO, FPO or DPO).

Please ensure that your order is addressed to a secure location, as we cannot be responsible or liable for lost packages which have arrived at the correct location. In the event that your package is lost, we will do our best to assist you, but we highly encouraged customers to contact our delivery partners directly about any misssing, lost, undelivered or abandoned packages.

You will receive a notification email with details on how to track your parcel’s progress. All orders are shipped via FedEx, except for Brazil, Ethiopia, Israel, Jersey, Malaysia, Philippines, Russia, Serbia, Slovakia and Uzbekistan.

Please provide an accurate email address and mobile number to ensure a smooth and speedy delivery.

If you have pre-ordered item/s within your order, the whole order will be placed on hold and shipped altogether when the item/s are back in stock (within the timeframe stated on the pre-order product page).

Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and can vary depending on the part of the world you are in – if your country is not included in the chart above, please visit our detailed Shipping Page for more information. Note that delivery times commence from the date of dispatch.

For customers in Australia, please note that Parcel Locker shipments will be delivered by Australia Post. The tracking number provided will be for the first-mile courier service by FedEx. FedEx will mark your parcel as ‘delivered’ upon handing over your parcel to Australia Post, whereby a new tracking number will be generated. After this step, you may contact FedEx to obtain your new tracking number in order to trace your parcel via Australia Post.

Unfortunately, we cannot be responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes, local duties and taxes, and items that are lost in transit.

What is Pre-Order?

We all love a fan favorite! Pre-order items are sold out bestsellers that are currently being re-ordered. These jewels will come back in stock on a specific date as stated. Don’t miss out and pre-order your coveted jewel now – just add to cart!

If you have pre-ordered item/s within your order, the whole order will be placed on hold and shipped altogether when the item/s are back in stock (within the timeframe stated on the pre-order product page).

How can I edit my shipping address?

If you wish for your order to be sent elsewhere, kindly email us here as soon as the order has been placed, and we will make the necessary amendments.

What happens if my parcel(s) fail to be delivered or picked up?

As the recipient, you are responsible for any subsequent costs incurred for parcels returned to our warehouse due to attempted deliveries, insufficient/incorrect delivery information or failure to retrieve parcels from delivery centres. Standard shipping fees (please refer to the table above) will be incurred for all parcels re-sent from our warehouse.

Please ensure that your delivery address and mobile number is accurate, to ensure your gorgeous goodies gets to you as quickly as possible!

Will I be charged handling fees, duties and taxes?

You may be charged for duties, taxes or any surcharges which may be imposed by your country as your order passes through customs, in addition to handling/storage fees imposed by the courier (if applicable). Any charges on a parcel shall be paid and borne by the person/company receiving the parcel. If required by local authorities, the courier company may reach out to you for official documents, such as tax invoices or proof of payment, to facilitate customs clearance. Please note that gifts will still need to go through standard import procedures, as determined by the custom laws in each designation country, and are taxable if the value of the gift is above a stated local threshold.

How much will I be charged for handling fees, duties and taxes?

Wanderlust + Co has no control over these charges and are unable to advise you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. Kindly contact your local customs office for current import charges before you order, to confirm your local tax and duty fees.

My Order

Where is my order?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can keep an eye on its delivery activity while it makes its way to you. You can also log into your Wanderlust + Co account at any time and select “My Orders” to review your order status.

Please ensure that your order is addressed to a secure location, as we cannot be responsible or liable for lost packages which have arrived at the correct location. In the event that your package is lost, we will do our best to assist you, but we highly encouraged customers to contact our delivery partners directly about any missing, lost, undelivered or abandoned packages.

Can I edit my order?

Please note that we are unable to make changes to your order once it has been confirmed. Kindly check details and items are correct before finalizing your orders.

Can I cancel my order?

No cancellation is allowed after an order has been placed.

How will my jewels arrive?

Each order is carefully inspected and packaged within a gift box, for your convenience. As part of our go green plan, your receipt is sent via email and not included within the parcel.

Returns & Exchange

What is Wanderlust + Co’s return / exchange policy?

Kindly note that returns or exchanges are NOT allowed in the circumstances outlined below:

  • Change of mind
  • Earrings due to hygiene purposes
  • Sets containing earrings 
  • FINAL SALE items (i.e - Products priced at 40% discount and above

In the event that you've received the wrong or defective item, kindly contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product. 

What should I do if I receive a wrong product?

We are so terribly sorry if you've received a product different from what you've ordered. Please contact our Customer Service Team within 48 hours of receiving your parcel and we will be sure to get you the Wanderlust + Co pieces you ordered instead!

Step 2: Include a simple explanation of the situation in a clear manner. Our team will request a clear picture of the item which was received. Step 3: You will receive a Ticket Number upon submitting your request. Please keep this for reference. Our team will be in touch to guide you personally through the next steps.

Please note that refunds can only be issued via store credit. This will be processed within 10 business days of receiving the returned items (if applicable).

For items that were purchased from Wanderlust + Co stores, kindly return to the respective outlet with your original receipt and products in its original condition within 7 days.

How do I proceed for a return / exchange?

Please contact our Customer Service Team within 48 hours of receiving your parcel and we will be happy to assist! Have a read of our return / exchange policy to ensure that your item is eligible for a return before contacting our team. 

If your item is eligible for a return, do take note of the below instructions:

Returned products must be unworn, unsoiled and in their original condition and accompanied by its original packaging. 

Products that are damaged through improper handling of the products are not eligible for a refund or exchange.

Products that are returned are subject to evaluation and will not qualify for a refund or exchange if they do not meet the required conditions. 

A restocking fee per unit and shipping costs apply. 


If you are required to ship the items back to us, kindly use a trackable shipping service of your choice and keep the tracking number for your records.

Do I need to contact Customer Service to request a return?

Yes, it is necessary for you to first be in touch with us via email, prior to sending the parcel(s) back to Wanderlust + Co in order for us to process your return request accurately.

Will I be notified when you receive the returned items?

We will only be in touch once the returned items have been received and processed. Kindly check your delivery status via the tracking number provided by your chosen courier.

When will I receive my refunds?

Once your order arrives back at Wanderlust + Co, it may take up to 14 business days for your refund or exchange to be processed and verified. We will be in touch via email.

Will my shipping fee be refunded?

Refund value is based on the product(s) purchased only. Shipping fee will not be refunded or be available to be used as a store credit.

Are returns free?

Note that the cost of the return parcel will be borne by you. We recommend shipping the parcel with the most cost-effective shipping method that is available, which includes tracking.

What are Wanderlust + Co’s jewels made of?

Wanderlust + Co’s jewels are hand-crafted using a variety of high-quality materials, including suede, glass, beads, cubic zirconia stones and metal. Our metal pieces are usually recycled brass and/or stainless steel, plated with 14K-24K gold or Rhodium silver unless otherwise stated.

Most of our plated jewelries are finished off with a layer of e-coating to ensure they maintain their luster and shine for much longer. Short for electrophoretic coating, e-coating is a process of immersing our plated jewels in a water-based solution containing a semi-transparent mixture of emulsion. This added layer of goodness which we add on to each of our designs, is to ensure every piece shines and lasts longer.

Our jewels are put together by hand, and as a result there can sometimes be slight differences in color, size and finishing of the materials or embellishments – all part of the charm of handmade products!

Stones, feathers, leather and other organic materials are frequently used in our designs. Due to its natural source, slight inconsistencies of color, size and texture is part of its unique characteristics.

Are your jewels nickel free?

All our jewels are Lead-free, Cadmium-free and Nickel-free.

How do I find my ring size?

To find your best fit, please refer to this Ring Size Chart and follow the measuring instructions. You may also print out our guide which comes with a ring sizer here.

Adjustable rings can fit from size 5 – 8 unless stated otherwise.

How do I care for my jewelry?

Every jewel deserves a little loving and care! Avoid contact with chemicals and moisture‚ such as hand sanitizer, hair spray, perfume‚ lotions‚ household cleansers, pool and sea water. If possible, remove rings before washing your hands or applying hand sanitizer.

Use a soft, clean cloth to wipe your jewelry pieces after wearing them to remove natural body oils, sweat or residue. Gold and silver plated jewelry will also eventually tarnish or discolor if left out in the open air. To preserve the condition of your gorgeous pieces, it is recommended that you store your accessories in a neat and cool place, or in a jewelry box when packing for your wanderlusting travels!

Does Wanderlust + Co offer repair services?

Yes, we do! Our jewelry repair service is available only for our demi-fine range (sterling silver base jewelry only).

Fees apply for repairs that are submitted after your warranty has expired, or if your jewelry is not covered by warranty. Kindly note that the prices listed below are estimates, and that the actual repair fees might differ on a case-to-case basis, due to the artisanal nature of the jewelry repair process. Kindly reach out to our Customer Service Consultants here with your request, along with images of the jewelry you need repaired, and our team will get back to you via email to advise on the repairs and the fees (USD) involved upon evaluating your jewelry.

Shipping costs to and from our repair center are not included, and will be borne by the customer based on our standard shipping rates.

What is demi-fine jewelry?

Our demi-fine jewelry is hand-crafted with care by our artisans and designed with the intention of bringing you the best in affordable luxury.

Vermeil gems are plated in 2.5 microns thick 14K gold, over a durable sterling silver base and studded with semi-precious gemstones, from topaz to opals. Basically, they’re cool classics with premium quality and craftsmanship, without the crazy markups.

What is vermeil made of?

Vermeil pieces are sterling silver that has been plated with gold. We specifically use 14K gold to bring you a champagne hue that suits all skin tones and 2.5 microns thick plating so your pieces last in all occasions.

What is Sterling Silver?

Sterling Silver is over 90% pure silver, mixed with other metals to add strength and durability to your jewelry so you can wear them on the daily.

Can I get my demi-fine jewelry engraved?

Yes! We now offer engraving services for select pieces from our much-loved Demi-Fine collection. You can choose from a selection of necklaces and rings, consciously crafted with 925 sterling silver bases, 2.5 microns thick 14k gold vermeil and studded with semi-precious gemstones. Engrave your favorite mantra, name, or the initials of your loved ones onto these demi-fine keepsake jewels. As each piece is individually engraved, please note that there might be slight variances in appearance across each individual engraved piece.

How do I care for my vermeil pieces?

These beautiful styles will become staples you will feel good about, transcending all trends and to be worn with love. To keep your precious jewelry the way they are, a bit of TLC goes a long way:

  • Store your vermeil pieces individually, preferably in your Wanderlust + Co linen pouch. Keep them in a cool and dry place.

Is warranty provided?

Yes, it is! Our demi-fine jewelry is under warranty for any manufacturing defects (in material or workmanship) for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase. This does not cover scratches, broken chain, damages caused by accident, abuse, neglect, improper use or storage of product, unauthorized modifications, or normal wear and tear. What forms of payment do you accept?

Our shopping cart accepts payment from major credit cards, debit cards, and PayPal.

For US customers, you may also checkout using Klarna in 4 installments at no additional fees (minimum spend of US$60).

When will my credit card be charged?

Your credit card will be charged upon order submission and usually takes up to 3 business days to clear, depending on your bank. You will receive an email confirmation when an order is successfully placed on our site.

How do I redeem my points?

You can choose to spend your points at the checkout, but please ensure you are logged into your account. Once you have at least 300 points, you’ll have the option to redeem your points starting with a US$10 voucher. You can redeem your points with vouchers here.

Once you reach the eligible number of points, vouchers will appear redeemable under the ‘Your rewards’ section of the dashboard. Simply click ‘View’ —> ‘Redeem’ —> and proceed to click ‘Apply code’ or copy and paste it at the checkout. You’ll be able to access your unclaimed rewards at any time under the section ‘Your rewards’ in your loyalty dashboard. The code will also be sent to your email where you also copy and paste it later. Please note that points will be deducted accordingly from your account upon redeeming a reward.

Will my collected points remain in my account if I cancel an order?

No. Points will be automatically deducted from your account once an order is cancelled.

Can I leave the program / Can I return to the program if I have changed my mind?

If you no longer wish to be part of our Wanderlust + Co Rewards program , kindly contact us here and ask to be un-enrolled. Please note that you will lose all the points you have accumulated. We’ll be thrilled to welcome you back should you wish to change your mind, but do note that your previously accumulated points would no longer be valid, and you would need to start collecting your points afresh from 0.

Will I get my points refunded if I return an item that used my loyalty points to purchase?

Yes. The points will be refunded to your account if an item is returned and refunded. If multiple items were purchased, your points will be calculated by dividing the points evenly across your order, rounding it up to the closest number, and will be refunded according to the item(s) that are returned. Please note that this process will usually take 1 - 3 working days upon receiving your returned product to complete. Kindly reach out to us here for support or more information.

Can I collect points or redeem my rewards at your offline stores or pop-ups?

No. This program is currently only available and valid online at wanderlustandco.com.

Will the Terms & Conditions change from time to time?

Yes - Our rewards program structure may be subject to change from time to time at Wanderlust + Co's sole and absolute discretion.

Where can I return or exchange my jewels?

Every return or exchange must be processed via the original mode and source of purchase. If you bought your jewels from one of our pop-up stores, kindly head to the that store within 7 days of purchase to have your return or exchange processed. Remember to bring along your proof of purchase and make sure your jewels are in their original condition and packaging.

Is any online sale applicable in-store?

We frequently run brand-wide sales. However, unless otherwise stated, if a sale is available online, it will be for online purchase only and not available in our Wanderlust + Co pop-up stores or stockists. Fret not though, we have many exciting in-store offers, so don’t miss out!

Are all collections available in-store?

Most of our pieces are available in our Wanderlust + Co pop-up stores and through various stockists, but not all collections are available at all times in all locations. Visit us at wanderlustandco.com to shop the latest and complete range!

Piercing

Do you offer piercing services?

Yes, we host piercing sessions at the #WCOpopupshop in Bangsar Village II, Malaysia only. As of now, our piercing sessions are appointment based and bookings are on a first come first serve basis. Please fill up the form here and we will be in touch with you when there is an available slot.

Piercers and stylists will be wearing single-use surgical masks at all times, and our piercing station is sprayed with disinfectant after each appointment. All piercings are done with a single-use sterile needle.

There is a limit of 5 people at our store at any time, following strict SOP until further notice.

Who are your piercers?

We only work with professional piercers with years of experience in needle piercing. Currently, we work with the renowned piercers from @specbodyart.

Every session will include a consultation and an after-care guide by our piercer.

Do you pierce with a needle or a gun?

All of our piercings are made with single use sterile needles rather than piercing guns. We use needle piercing to ensure an accurate, cleaner and safer way of piercing which will allow for quicker healing.

How many piercings can I get at one time?

The total amount of piercings you can have during one appointment is subject to consultation with the piercer on the day, unless otherwise stated.

How much do you charge per piercing?

Our piercing services range between USD $20 - USD $22, depending on your selected piercing placement (not including jewelry). We only pierce with The Curated Ear - Piercing Jewelry range. A deposit of USD $12 is required once your appointment is confirmed. Deposit is strictly non refundable and will be redeemable when you purchase your piercing jewelry for your fresh piercing in-store.

Are there any restrictions?

We cannot pierce you if you have taken any blood thinning medication (i.e. Aspirin), recreational drugs or alcohol in the 24 hours beforehand, or if you are pregnant or are nursing. You must have eaten in the last 4 hours before getting your ears pierced, to avoid feeling ill or faint.

We can only pierce you if you are 18 years old and above.

What jewelry is used for piercing?

We have a flat back earring collection specially designed for ear piercing, please see here. Our piercing jewelry is made from 316L Surgical Steel or G23 implant grade Titanium that are ideal for fresh piercings. The flat back posts help ensure comfortable wear and better healing.

For your fresh piercing, kindly select your piercing earring in size 8 - longer posts allow space for swelling and room for cleaning. Size 6 earring is strictly advisable for healed piercings only.

When can I change my piercing?

This is all dependent on how your piercing is healing. We recommend waiting at least 6 weeks for lobe piercings and 12 weeks for cartilage. Once this time has passed you are fine to change your jewelry but the piercing may still get irritated from time to time, if this happens we recommend going back to your piercing care routine until it calms.

Can I be pierced with my own jewelry?

Due to sterilization needs, we do not pierce with jewelry that is not from Wanderlust + Co. Should you purchase Wanderlust + Co piercing jewelry and are getting your ears pierced by someone else, kindly ensure every piece is sterilized by your piercer prior to piercing.

2. Security, compliance with law, and fraud protection. We will disclose your information as we deem necessary, in our sole discretion, to comply with any applicable law, regulation, legal process or governmental request.
