The pattern, colour and texture that jewelry can bring to an already chic ensemble is what drives and inspires every one of our collections. From little things, big things grow…

When Wanderlust + Co was just an idea in a bedroom in Melbourne, Australia, never did I imagine that one day our jewelry pieces would travel to accessories lovers worldwide. It has been and continues to be such an incredible journey, thanks to our amazing customers from all over the globe.

Since the brand's inception in late 2010, the core of our design and sourcing process remains - that is, to make beautiful, affordable accessories that are fun and bring joy, without sacrificing comfort and quality. It is my personal belief that for an outfit to be great it need not be the most glamorous or luxurious, but simply an original and interesting combination of clothes and accessories that reflects perfectly how you are feeling on any given day. I hope that our pieces will inspire you, breathe new life into old outfits, and be the subtle or statement touch that makes your ensemble extra special.

Shipping & Delivery

Wanderlust + Co offers FREE Standard International Shipping on all orders USD50 and over. Orders over USD50 always ship for FREE — no promotion code needed. For orders under USD50, there is a flat rate delivery charge. Please refer to the table below. 

Before our products are shipped, each item is carefully inspected and packaged so that it arrives to you in perfect condition. We also gift wrap all orders for your convenience - note that your receipt is sent via email, and not included within the parcel.

For all deliveries, we use registered international air mail. Orders will be shipped within 24 hours (of a business day) upon receipt of payment. You will then receive a notification email with details on how to track your parcel’s progress. All orders will be sent to the shipping address that you provide at checkout. If you wish for your order to be sent elsewhere, do let us know and we will make the necessary postal arrangements.

Unfortunately, we cannot be responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes, local duties and taxes, and items that are lost in transit. If this is of concern to you, express shipping can be organized for your order at an additional cost. Please email us for more information.

Pricing & Payment

All prices stated within Wanderlust + Co are in US Dollars (USD). All orders will be processed in USD - the currency conversion is a convenient tool for your reference only.

Wanderlust + Co accepts payment from major credit cards, debit cards and PayPal. Our shopping cart is set up through PayPal Express Checkout as it is a fast and secure system. Select Option 1 if you would like to pay with your PayPal account. If you do not have a PayPal account, select Option 2 to pay with a debit or credit card.

Size Guide

Most of our necklaces, wristwear and rings are adjustable, unless stated otherwise. Measurements for all products are stated within the description section of the item. Note that the width and height are taken from the widest or tallest part of the product to give you the best indication of its size.

Rings

Measure your finger by wrapping a measuring tape around it. In the absence of a measuring tape, use a piece of string, mark it and measure it with a ruler. Match your measurement to the circumference measurements below and figure out your ring size from the table.

Jewelry Care

Our jewelry pieces have been lovingly crafted and many of the components are put together by hand. As a result, there can sometimes be slight differences in the colour, size and pattern of the materials or embellishments – all part of the charm of handmade products!

Most of the jewelry on this website is costume jewelry, unless stated otherwise. Costume jewelry is made of materials that are less valuable than fine jewelry, and usually feature glass, beads, and synthetic stones rather than precious gems. Our metal pieces are usually brass, steel, and gold or silver plated unless stated otherwise. The finish on plated jewelry may fade progressively over time from wear and tear. You may be able to prevent this by taking a few precautions in the care of your jewelry.

Always avoid contact with chemicals‚ such as hair spray, perfume‚ lotions‚ household cleansers, pool and sea water, and so on. You can help avoid these things by putting your jewelry on last when getting ready to go out. It is also best to remove rings before washing your hands.

Use a soft, clean cloth to wipe your jewelry pieces after wearing them to remove natural body oils, sweat or residue. If your jewelry comes into contact with water, it is recommended that you dry it with a soft cloth or tissue, as moisture can damage surfaces and cause them to rust or become pitted.

Gold and silver plated jewelry will also eventually tarnish or discolor if left out in the open air. To prevent this from happening, store your pieces in a cool, dry place, such as a jewelry box or case with the lid closed. You will find that your purchases from Wanderlust + Co come in individual see-through bags as it is an easy way for you to store, organise and find your jewelry, as well as prevent tarnishing.

Leather Care

Some of our wristwear pieces are made of leather. Leather is a natural material and slight inconsistencies of colour and texture are part of its unique character. Designed to age with wear, leather may fade and soften beautifully over time. In order to maintain the appearance of your leather product, you may want to use a leather protector. It is best to do a patch test on an inconspicuous area beforehand. Remember to cover any embellishments such as metal or beading, when applying the protector. Also, always take extra care when wearing light colored pieces with dark denim to avoid the dark dye transferring to your jewelry.

Return & Exchange Policy

Please choose carefully as we are only able to provide refunds for online purchases in limited circumstances. Great care is taken to ensure that all images and information provided are accurate and as close as possible to the actual item. All orders are also carefully packaged and checked prior to shipping. Credits or exchanges are offered in certain circumstances where reasonable but do contact us with your request within 48 hours of receiving your order so we can resolve any issues efficiently.
